- Vibraphone (2 pairs of soft mallets, 2 pairs of hard mallets, and a bow)

- Suspended Cymbal (this is only used for rolls—soft, heavy marimba mallets preferred)

- 2 Tom-Toms (very high/tight and medium-high)

- Snare Drum (brushes needed in addition to drumsticks)

- Bass Drum

- Woodblock
